Every carrier you use, one way to buy the label

Each carrier keeps its own account, its own list of services, its own address rules and its own idea of what a tracking update means. These are the shipping systems that connect.

A shipping connection carries a parcel one way and facts the other. Out goes the consignment: the addresses, the weight and dimensions, what is inside it and which service you chose. Back comes the label to print, what that label cost, and the tracking events as the parcel moves. The return leg is the one your customer actually experiences, which is why a connection that only buys labels leaves the "where is my order" half to a person with a browser and a row of carrier websites.

This page is the shipping lane, covering parcel carriers, national postal operators, regional and last-mile couriers, cross-border services and the label and rating platforms that sit in front of them. The full integration directory covers sales channels, fulfillment and ERP or accounting as well. If the open question is which service a given parcel should go on, start with carrier rate shopping; if it is what the customer sees once the label is printed, see order tracking software.

Questions about shipping connections

Two directions. Out goes the consignment: the addresses, the weight and dimensions, the contents and the service chosen. Back comes the label to print, what it cost and the tracking events as the parcel moves. The inbound half is the part people underestimate, because it is what turns "it has shipped" into a date the customer can plan around, without anyone opening a carrier website.

Two unglamorous things. Every parcel needs a weight and dimensions good enough to rate against, and every destination needs an address in the form that carrier will accept. Without the first, comparing services is guesswork and the invoice corrects you later. Without the second, labels fail at the point in the day when nobody has time to fix them.

Try the search box first, since carriers are often listed under the name they trade under rather than the one printed on your invoices, and national postal operators are usually listed under the postal brand. If it is genuinely not here, select any card marked Request, or use the band below, and the request reaches the team with the carrier name attached.

Yes. Anything whose job is to turn an order into a label, or to decide which service that label should use, sits here alongside the carriers themselves. From the order's point of view they do the same job: hand them a parcel and they return a label, a cost and a tracking number.

On the full directory at /integrations, which lists every lane. This page is the shipping lane only, so the count in the results bar is the number of shipping integrations rather than the number of integrations overall.
