Fluacy · Coming soon: early access waitlist

AI inventory management that tells you what to reorder, and when

We're building an AI inventory planner for brands that sell online. Every day it will update your demand forecast, warn you before a best seller runs out and draft the purchase orders. Nothing gets ordered until a person approves it. It runs on OmniOrders, and we call it Fluacy.

In development

An inventory planner that does the daily work

Most of inventory planning is the same few jobs, every day. The planner is being built to do them for you, and to check with you before anything costs money.

One

Updates your forecast every day

It will read each day's sales from every channel and update how much of each product you're likely to need, so you're never working from last month's spreadsheet.

Two

Warns you before you run out

It will spot products that are on track to sell out before new stock can arrive, so you reorder in time instead of finding out from an empty shelf.

Three

Drafts your purchase orders

When it's time to reorder, it will prepare the purchase order for you: which supplier, how many units and where they should go.

Four

Asks before it spends

Every purchase order will wait for a person to check and approve it. The planner never sends an order to a supplier on its own.

These are features we're building, not ones you can use today. People on the waitlist get first access, and we'll ask what matters most to them.

Built on what OmniOrders already does

The planner works on top of tools that are in OmniOrders now. You can use these today:

  • A forecast for every product, based on your sales history: projected stock, estimated days until it runs out and a reorder recommendation.
  • Low-stock alerts: set a minimum and maximum for each product and see at a glance what needs reordering.
  • Purchase orders you can save as drafts, edit and confirm when you're ready.
  • Stock and orders across your warehouses, stores and 3PLs in one place.
  • Orders, products and inventory synced with the channels you sell on.

Forecasting and purchase orders are part of the Standard plan. See pricing, or read about inventory management in OmniOrders.

Who it's for

Brands planning in spreadsheets

If someone rebuilds a forecast spreadsheet every week, the planner is meant to take that job off their plate.

Brands about to hire a planner

Hiring an inventory or demand planner takes time. The planner is being built to cover the routine work while you hire, then work alongside whoever you bring on.

Brands selling on more than one channel

If you sell on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or eBay, the planner will work from the sales and stock OmniOrders already tracks across all of them.

Forecasting software gives you numbers to act on. The planner is being built to act on them with you: refresh the forecast every day, flag what's running low and prepare the purchase orders for you to approve.
