Marketplaces, storefronts and social checkouts each hand you an order in their own shape, on their own schedule, against their own idea of what is in stock. These are the sales channels that connect.
A channel connection does two jobs. It brings orders in, so a single queue holds everything that has been sold rather than one browser tab per channel. And it sends stock and fulfillment status back out, so what a channel is allowed to sell tracks what is actually on the shelf. The second job is the one that decides whether you oversell, and it is the reason a channel that only imports orders is doing half the work.
This page is the sales-channel lane. The full integration directory covers fulfillment, shipping and ERP or accounting as well. If the problem you are solving is stock drifting apart between a storefront and a marketplace, start with keeping inventory in step across a storefront and a marketplace, or the wider guide to managing inventory across channels.

View integrationTwo directions. Orders come in from the channel so everything sold sits in one queue rather than in a separate tab per channel. Stock levels and fulfillment status go back out, so the channel is selling against a current number and the buyer sees tracking where they bought. A connection that only imports orders leaves the second half of the job to a person.
Use the search box first, since the card may be listed under the name the platform trades under rather than the one you use. If it is genuinely not here, select any card marked Request, or use the band below, and the request reaches the team with the channel name attached.
Usually yes, because each storefront is its own account at the channel end with its own credentials, currency and catalog. What you do not need is a separate stock position for each one; the point of connecting them to a single queue is that they draw down from one record rather than from one spreadsheet per store.
On the full directory at /integrations, which lists every lane. This page is the sales-channel lane only, so the count in the results bar is the number of channels rather than the number of integrations overall.
